All returns accepted within 14 days from receiving the item. Buyers are responsible for the return charges. Returns are only accepted with original packaging.

Option 2:

Please set up a return by calling us and we'll book to collect the item with cost of £60 per chair. Make sure someone will be in when collecting the item; otherwise, you will be charged an extra £20.

Refunds:

Once we receive returned item it will be inspected and checked.

No refunds without the original packaging.

No refunds if the item is damaged.
