About:
The upholstery is bonded leather which is luxuriously soft, comfortable, spongeable and durable.
The mechanism is manual recline rock and 360 degree swivel combined. You cannot disengage any or all of these functions.
The foot rest return requires leg strength as it is manually operated.
In addition to the comfort of the armchair there is vibratory massage on an 8 point system throughout the chair to help sooth the aches pains.
A very small pad is inserted into the back of the chair that provides a very gentle and mild heat. This is not a significant heat and if you are expecting a heated chair or something like a hot water bottle, this is not going to be like that, there is no such thing available.
DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIR IF YOU ARE EXPECTING A VERY HIGH HEAT, NO CLAIMS ABOUT THE LEVEL OF HEATING WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Just for fun, the chairs are fitted with two cupholders and storage pockets for all those gadget controls.

DELIVERY INFORMATION:
All orders placed before 14:00 Monday/Friday will normally be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 on Friday and during the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday.
1 Man Kerbside Next Day Delivery:
Please note: Our products come in large boxes and they will only be delivered to the front door or the front gate if it is narrower than 35" or 90cms wide. Steps indoor or outdoor will not be negotiated and deliveries to apartments/flats can only be made to the front door of the block. Please make the necessary arrangements to receive the parcel on your delivery day. Thank you.
2 Man Room of Your Choice Delivery:
Our customers will be called and booked in for delivery and offered 3 days in which it can be delivered. On the morning of delivery, once goods are in the delivering vehicle the customer at this point the 2 hour delivery window will be visible on the XDP system and will receive a 2 hour delivery window ETA sent via Email and or Text. We will also call one hour Prior to delivery to ensure the customer is available. We take goods in to room of choice up one flight of stairs.
Once parcels are delivered we add the signed pod to the system with photo proof delivery.FAILED DELIVERIES:
These items are delivered in large boxes. If you are not in on your scheduled delivery day there will be a charge of £30. An item returned to us or a failed delivery will incur return charges of £60.00.
