All orders placed before 14:00 Monday/Friday will normally be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 on Friday, Bank holiday's and during the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday.

Larger Items Free Delivery Service.
Please note where large boxes are being delivered they will only be delivered to the front door or front gate if it is narrower than 35¨or 90cms wide.

Steps indoor or outdoor will not be negotiated and deliveries to Apartments/Flats can only be made to the front door of the block. Please make the necessary arrangements to receive the parcel on your delivery day.

Failed Deliveries:

These items are delivered in large boxes.  If you are not in on your scheduled delivery day there will be a charge of £30.00.  An item returned to us or a failed delivery will incur charges of £45.00
